Unity Academy is a Special Academy situated across two sites in St Neots and Wisbech in Cambridgeshire. Learners have access to a comprehensive curriculum which covers all aspects of the National Curriculum, alongside opportunities for Personalised and Vocational Learning. A big focus of our work is also the development of Social Skills, which enables learners to leave us with the necessary attributes for a successful adult life. We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join TBAP Unity Academy. This job is about turning around the lives of vulnerable learners. Yes, it’s a big challenge, but it’s also an inspiring opportunity to work with young people with complex needs who require extra support to achieve their ambitions.
