1. For Prepaid Anant
(i) Excel Anant customer will have to recharge with minimum top up recharge voucher of Rs.50/- every 6 months as before with a talk time of Rs.50/-.
(ii) In case of Excel Anant migration if the service is terminated owing to non-recharge within stipulated period of six months, the customer will allowed a one month grace period to reactivate his connection by recharging through Rs.200/- top up coupon out of which Rs.100/- will be retained as reconnections charges and Rs.100 will be allowed as talk time. Validity will extended for next six months from date of recharge as instructed earlier and the balance of talk time if any will not be carried forward.
(iii) In Excel Anant Recharging through existing top up cards shall carry 180 days validity period from the date of recharge voucher.
2. For Prepaid One India
(i) The new customers in this plan will have to take ordinary SIM of Rs.112/- having talk time of Rs.30/- and validity of 7 days. These customers will then migrate to one India Prepaid plan by recharging through One India voucher of denomination Rs.799/- (Excl. tax) with validity of 30 days & talk value of Rs.550/- or Rs.299/- (Excl. tax) with validity of 30 days & talk value of Rs.50/-.
(ii) All existing prepaid customers can also migrate to “One India” prepaid plan by recharging with One India voucher. After successful recharge, customer will start getting One India tariff plan and their existing balance will be added to talk time value of One India voucher and validity of 30 days will also be added to the existing validity.
(iii) Customers once recharged with one India recharge coupon, can recharge only with One India recharge coupon and top up coupons. The top up coupons will give them talk time of respective recharge coupon and if recharged with one India recharge coupon, it will give them talk time of One India voucher and validity of 30 days. Their validity will increase only when the customer recharge with One India recharge coupon.

Other Terms and Conditions
(i) PSTN Charges: Included in Para II of previous page, no additional amount is payable by the subscribers.
(ii) Validity starts from the date of latest recharge.
(iii) During the grace period, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR calls.However I/C should be free during grace period.
(iv) The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the grace period, other wise it shall lapse.
(v) The SIM number can be re-activated with additional period of 30 days beyond even the grace period of 7 days for all Card values. However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges.
(i) Rs.30 Free talk value on initiatingthe SIM given to all subscribers. This value carries the validity of 7 days and usual grace of 7 days each andadditional grace period of 30 days.
(ii) Call charges while roaming would be as applicable to Post paid Plan-225. The tariff for outgoing calls made by BSNL subscriber while roaming in MTNL network will be as per roaming tariff fixed by MTNL.
(iii) While in roaming the subscriber is treated as part of visited LSA for the purpose of outgoing calls.
Conversion of pre-paid scheme to post-paid scheme:
Conversion of BSNL subscriber to post paid scheme may be allowed without any additional activation charges. The unutilized balance amount under the pre paid account will not be carried forward as opening credit in the post-paid scheme.
Reactivation of closed prepaid SIM (Note-Scheme closed w.e.f. 17/09/2007):
Scheme of reactivation of SIMs of the prepaid customers who prefer to restore their connections upto six month from the date of closure. The same can be done on purchase of recharge coupons as detailed below
1. For delay upto 3 months mandatory recharge coupon of Rs.2247/-
2. Beyond 3 months and upto 6 months mandatory recharge co upon of Rs.3371/-
3. Activation charge of Rs.200/- + tax payable in all cases.
PROCEDURE FOR MIGRATION AMONG PREPAID PLANS
1. Migration from Excel General to Excel Anant:
For the purpose of migration to Excel Anant, a special voucher of Rs.350/- (inclusive of service tax) will be used with nil talk time and validity of 180 days from the date of recharge or existing validity whichever is higher. The balance talk time in the account, will be transferred to Excel Anant plan.
Note: In case of Excel Anant migration voucher of Rs.699/- exclusive of service tax (Sale value Rs.785/-), talk time of Rs.435/- will provided.

2. Migration from Excel General to Excel One India:
(i) For migration to Prepaid One India plan, the prepaid customers have to recharge with One India recharge coupon of denomination Rs.799/- (Excl. Service Tax) with talk value of Rs.550/- & validity of 30 days or Rs.299/- (Excl. Service Tax) with talk value of Rs.50/- & validity of 30 days.
(iii) After successful recharge, customer will start getting One India tariff plan and their existing balance will be added to respective talk value of One India voucher and talk time of 30 days will also be added to the existing validity.
(iv) Customers once recharged with one India recharge coupon, can recharge only with One India recharge coupon and top up coupons of Rs.56/-, Rs.112/-, Rs.225/- & Rs.562/-. The top up coupons will give them talk time of respective top up recharge coupon and if recharged with one India recharge coupon, it will give them talk time of respective One India recharge coupon with validity of 30 days. Their validity will increase only when the customer recharge with One India recharge coupon.
3. Migration from Excel Anant to Excel General:
For migration from Excel Anant to Excel General, customer has to send SMS Conv to 53733. Customer will receive SMS as an acknowledgment from 53733. After conversion to Excel General customer will get confirmation SMS of plan conversion from 53733.
4. Migration from Excel Anant to One India:
For migration from Excel Anant to One India, first convert to Excel general as procedure mentioned above then recharge by One India voucher for migration to One India.
5. Migration from One India to Excel General:
For migration from One India plan to Excel general customer will have to send SMS Conv to 53733. Customer will receive SMS as an acknowledgement from 53733. After conversion to Excel general, customer will get confirmation SMS of plan conversion to Excel general from 53733.
