Signature Service Freight Terms:

All shipments are f.o.b. origin. Gold: Full freight will be allowed on orders of $1,500 or more* to destinations in the continental United States. Silver: Full freight will be allowed on orders of $2,000 or more* to destinations in the continental United States. (*$3,500 for T&B Cable Tray products and $6,000 for Ocal® products).

Signature Service Stocking Return Policy:

Gold: Four stocking returns during the calendar year, total annual returns not to exceed 5% of prior year's net purchases. Silver: Two stocking returns during the calendar year, total annual returns not to exceed 3% of prior year's net purchases. Stocking returns are for merchandise credit only and must be accompanied by a return material authorization and a stock order of equal value. All returned material under this program is subject to inspection and acceptance prior to issuance of credits. Credits for returns will be calculated at the original purchase price and will be granted only for material in original packaging and in saleable condition. Products designated as "E Items" or “made-to-order” are not subject to return under this program. Items with minimum/multiple package quantities must be returned in full minimum/multiple quantity. Any material that has been in stock more than 12 months from the date of the original invoice will not be accepted for return. All returned material must be shipped freight prepaid.
