Arron:(On screen) Outsiders, given the recent revelation of Queen Bee’s affiliation with the masters, there may come a time when we need to send small squads to infiltrate. Your task is to find an entrance. Bialya is a Rogue state, and not a chartered UN territory. Maintain radio silence at all times, the Bialyan’s have the tech to intercept. <Doctor Fate>:Bialya’s military patrols are thorough, but they do not seem to notice me.
<Raven>:Just keep camouflaged; Queen Bee is bound to have enforcers
<Doctor Fate>:And I’ve spotted them. The big guy from the museum raid, a lady with a tattoo problem, a lady who looks like a walking ice cube, a guy who seems to have a see-through head and our treacherous sister
<Raven>:League files have them identified as Mammoth, Devastation, Killer Frost, Psimon and Ingrid. Psimon. Get out of there!
<Psimon>:Sound advice, sadly too late to do anything with it
<Raven>:Psimon I take it
<Psimon>:Well deduced, but I’m afraid there isn’t much you’re going to do with that information, not when I can make you all FORGET!!!

Inside Raven’s head, 19:05 UTC
Psimon:(Bits of Raven’s mind fade to white) that’s it, forget your mission, forget the Outsiders; forget everything (Raven punches Psimon in the face)
Raven:No (Raven begins to restore his mind)
Psimon:You dare challenge me (he telekinetically lifts Raven into the air)
Raven:I dare challenge you, Psimon.
Psimon:Then let’s see what I can dig up.
Raven:You’re not going to impress me by using the same words I used minutes ago
Psimon:I plan to dig deeper than that, your darkest thoughts

Doctor Fate watches as the assembled villains gather around Psimon
Devastation:What do you think’s gotten into him
Killer Frost:Not sure, think I should finish him? (Ingrid’s eyes turn red)
Ingrid:Brother (she fires lightning at Doctor Fate, bringing him out of camouflage and causing him to fall to the ground)
Killer Frost:Who is that?
Ingrid:My pathetic excuse for a brother, Doctor Fate, and if he’s here, father won’t be far away. Fan out, find him!
Devastation:Who died and put you in charge?
Ingrid:(In deep voice) this is not the time for debate, GO! (She returns to normal voice) I’ll take care of my brother. (Doctor Fate recovers)
Doctor Fate:No (he projects a massive force bubble which traps Mammoth, Devastation, Killer Frost and Ingrid)
Ingrid:Take him (she fires a fire ball which Doctor Fate easily deflects using an anchor shield, Devastation tries a jump but Doctor Fate grabs her in an anchor grip, and spins her down so she lands on top of Icicle Junior, Ingrid transforms into a swarm of bats and begins to attack Doctor Fate, Doctor Fate expands a shield which electrocutes the bats and knocks her down, Mammoth picks up a giant rock and throws it at Doctor Fate, Doctor Fate grabs the rock at throws it back at Mammoth, knocking him down to the ground, Ingrid recovers, and lifts Devastation off of Killer frost) stop lazing around. He’s wiping the floor with us, we’re better than this. (She fires lightning from her hands, Doctor Fate create a shield which blocks the blast, and transfers the lightning back onto Ingrid herself, knocking her out, Killer Frost fires a full force ice blast at Doctor Fate; Doctor Fate counters with a blast, which penetrates the ice blast and knocks Killer Frost square in the jaw, the Bialyan military arrive and begin firing on the main force-dome, the camera closes in on Doctor Fate’s helmet as his eyes glow gold)

Raven’s head, aged 30 years, 19:30 UTC
Psimon:Ah, 30 years, long time has passed, in your head, now let’s see what the weather’s like in their
Raven:(Voice echoes) you should not have come here Psimon, I’m a dangerous man
Psimon:Exactly what I was counting on, the flame is taking control
Raven:(Echoes) no, the flame didn’t take control. I mastered the flame, added its powers to my own. I always tell my warriors that the best way to over-come fear is to confront it. Your aging has allowed me to learn from my own lessons, at least in my mental projections. (Raven steps in front of Psimon and shoots fire from his eyes; Psimon manages to block using his own shield) how long will this last, let’s peek another 30 years into the future)

Psimon:Still alive? I’m impressed, but I’m sure the parasite within you grants you quite a life-time. How much of you will be left at this time (future Raven appears, his eyes glowing with flame all the time, Psimon laughs) now what would you do to prevent that. But you know what truly has to be done, you know how can prevent this future
Raven:You talk too much (he punches Psimon backwards several times) you’re right about me, I do fear losing control, but there’s something else I fear much more, it’s time for you to see it

Psimon:You try and trick me with this false memory (he projects a psychic blast at Raven, who over-powers it with a staff blast that knocks Psimon backwards)
Raven:This memory is not false, try and wipe it from my mind, if it were a false memory it would be too easy, but you know it isn’t
Psimon:All this destruction, the end of everything.
Raven:Aye; we can prevent it, if we don’t stand by and let it happen, we have to act.
Psimon:Yes, I think we do (he disappears from Raven’s mind)
Scene 6
Bialya, 21:35 UTC+2
Doctor Fate has taken out the Bialyan attack force, Ingrid, Mammoth, Devastation and Killer Frost wake up. Psimon comes out of his trance
Ingrid:About time, we need your help; he’s wiping the floor with us
<Psimon>:Indeed, it is time we put an end to this (he starts using his telepathy, Killer Frost, Mammoth and Devastation clutch their heads and are knocked out)
<Ingrid>:(Growls) what did you do?
<Psimon>:What I had to do, now it’s your turn (they are engaged in psychic battle, Doctor Fate moves in to intervene)
<Raven>:Stop! This battle may yet prove beneficial to the Outsiders. Fall back, Bialya we be sending in re-enforcements.
<Doctor Fate>:With the two telepaths in psychic battle, we are free to maintain our psychic link
<Count>:While you two were busy playing around, I accomplished our objective, we have a way into Bialya should we need it
<Raven>:Good, then we fall back and regroup. We don’t want anyone discovering that we accomplished our missions.

Raven:You took on Mammoth, Devastation, Killer Frost and Ingrid on your own?
Doctor Fate:Yes
Raven:You were barely able to take Mammoth last time we encountered him
Doctor Fate:After that most unfortunate encounter I granted myself more power to deal with greater threats.
Count:We all know what that means, you opened yourself up to Nabu; you’re in the process of losing yourself to him (Raven looks at himself in some discomfort)
Doctor Fate:The task was completed; we now have a secret entrance into Bialya, that’s all that matters

Ingrid stands to Queen Bee
Queen Bee:What happened child?
Ingrid:Psimon went berserk and started knocking out members of our squad. When we were in psychic battle I found the false memory that was imposing this action, obviously planted by whoever he initially was in battle with, and removed it from his mind. He’ll be back to normal within a couple of hours
Queen Bee:Good, make sure the team is ready, we have an incoming shipment from our friends in star city. Meanwhile we need Psimon to report his message when he regains consciousness. Well done child.
<Ingrid>:(Walks away) and if this memory is the future: bring it on

League of Assassin’s HQ, Gibraltar; 16th January, 21:00 CET
Talia:My father always liked this place, so peaceful. (She smiles) he should be here any minute with an assignment for you. And I want you to sabotage it
Tigress:What?
Talia:My father and I do not agree on much these days, his target for elimination is Doctor Kirk Langstrom in Gotham City
Tigress:I’ve heard of him, didn’t he go crazy on his formula and tear up half a dozen chemical plants
Talia:He did; then Batman cured him. But the League managed to coerce the formula out of him. It was really quite simple. Now Ra’s has decided that he’s a loose end, and needs to be eliminated
Ra’s appears with Nightwing, Deathstroke and Tony Zucco
Ra’s al Ghul:Well, it seems we are gathered. Tigress, may I formally introduce Deathstroke and Tony Zucco.
Tigress:(Shakes their hand) pleasure
Ra’s al Ghul:Of course you already know Nightwing. Your mission is simple. Kirk Langstrom will be attending a gala tonight in Gotham City, a chartable event hosted by the Wayne foundation, kill him.
<Tigress>:Talia gives me a different game to play, how do I ensure their failure without breaking my cover? Or indeed seeming like a traitor to Ra’s. I suppose I should’ve known something like this would come up. (They are teleported away)
Talia:Is this really necessary?
Ra’s al Ghul:If Mr Grayson indeed content with working for us, he won’t mind working with the man we hired to kill his parents.
Talia:He’s been with us for 2 years, and you still don’t trust him?
Ra’s al Ghul:This is his final test, and if he fails, Deathstroke and Tigress will be there to finish him off.

Wayne Gala, Gotham City, 15th January 19:00 EST
<Deathstroke>:(Narration) Tigress, you’re the only one in the gala who won’t be recognised, mingle
<Tigress>:Now this might be a problem. I didn’t think of coming up with an alter-ego for Tigress, and Arron didn’t provide one. (She bumps into Bruce Wayne)
Bruce:Well hello, miss
Tigress:Crock, Bette Crock
Bruce:Miss Crock
<Tigress>:Keep it professional Selena; he doesn’t know who you are
Tigress:And you, of course, are Mr Wayne, what brings you here?
Bruce:I sort of suppose you have to be present at your own party, the charity tonight is to Doctor Langstrom’s charity drive to help the genetically mutated
<Tigress>:I see why Ra’s wants him dead. (The lights fade out) here we go (Doctor Langstrom looks around nervously as Deathstroke drops down behind him)
Deathstroke:Ladies and gentlemen, we only want this man, the rest of you can leave, or you can make it interesting and start fighting, or bring the police in.
Bruce:Excuse me (he walks away)
<Tigress>:Looking at him from new eye, his physique looks familiar, and hot. Perhaps
Zucco:I say we let the kid finish him off
Deathstroke:Why not, Nightwing (Nightwing prepares his Ecrisma sticks to strike, when he is disarmed by a Batarang)
