Subject: “Garment on Hanger” exVietnam to USA
First of all, we would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support for the time being. We are pleased to inform you ofthe regulations on“Garment on Hanger” as follows:
- Effective date: from now on.
- Scope of application: garment exVietnam to USA.
- If you have a demand of container with hanger for garment (Garment on Hanger),please advise us in advance when booking and only stuff when we approve. The approval is subject to case by case. You shall take all responsibilities and charges if fail to advise.
- We do not install hanger in container.
- You shall take the responsibilities and charges for installing hanger in container providing that “do not make any damage to the container” and give us your Letter of Guarantee (please see page 3).
- You should mention “Garment on Hanger” in your details for Bill of Lading. You shall take all responsibilities and charges if fail to mention.
- Removal of hanger from container will be carried out by Wan Hai Lines.
- If the hanger removal charge needs to be collected at destination, you are kindly requested to advise us in advance when booking for approval.
- Hanger removal charge as follows:
USD 150 per 20’ container
USD 200 per 40’ container
USD 250 per 40’ Hi-cube container
USD 250 per 45’ container

Veà vieäc: Nhaän haøng container coù laép thieát bò treo (Garment on Hanger)
töø Vieät Nam ñeán Myõ
Tröôùc heát chuùng toâi chaân thaønh caûm ôn söï uûng hoä cuûa Quyù khaùch haøng trong thôøi gian qua. Chuùng toâi xin thoâng baùo qui ñònh veà vieäc nhaän container coù laép thieát bò treo nhö sau:
- Hieäu löïc: keå töø ngaøy ra thoâng baùo naøy.
- Phaïm vi aùp duïng: haøng may maëc töø Vieät Nam ñeán Myõ.
- Quyù khaùch coù nhu caàu veà container coù laép thieát bò treo (Garment on Hanger) vui loøng thoâng baùo tröôùc cho chuùng toâi khi booking vaø chæ ñoùng haøng khi chuùng toâi chaáp thuaän. Söï chaáp thuaän laø cho töøng tröôøng hôïp cuï theå. Quyù khaùch chòu traùch nhieäm vaø chi phí phaùt sinh neáu khoâng baùo tröôùc.
- Chuùng toâi khoâng laép ñaët saün thieát bò treo trong container.
- Quyù khaùch chòu traùch nhieäm vaø chi phí cho vieäc laép ñaët thieát bò treo vaøo container vôùi ñieàu kieän “khoâng gaây baát cöù thieät haïi naøo ñeán container” vaø laøm Letter of Guarantee (vui loøng xem maãu ôû trang 3).
- Quyù khaùch vui loøng ghi chuù “Garment on Hanger” treân chi tieát laøm vaän ñôn göûi cho chuùng toâi ñeå laøm caên cöù thu phí dôõ boû thieát bò treo. Quyù khaùch chòu traùch nhieäm vaø chi phí phaùt sinh neáu khoâng theå hieän ñuùng.
- Vieäc thaùo dôõ thieát bò treo seõ do chuùng toâi thöïc hieän.
- Neáu chi phí thaùo dôõ thieát bò treo ñöôïc traû taïi nôi ñeán, Quyù khaùch vui loøng thoâng baùo tröôùc cho chuùng toâi khi booking. Chuùng toâi seõ xem xeùt töøng tröôøng hôïp cuï theå.
- Chi phí thaùo dôõ thieát bò treo ñöôïc tính nhö sau:
USD 150 moãi 20’ container
USD 200 moãi 40’ container
USD 250 moãi 40’ Hi-cube container
USD 250 moãi 45’ container
Traân troïng kính chaøo.

We guarantee that we will not weld, screw or do anything like that and our hanger installation will not cause any damage to the containers. We guarantee to take all responsibilities and charges if any for this matter.
We would like to pay hanger removal charge at the destination. We confirm that if our consignee does not pay the charge, we will pay it in Hochiminh.
