QUALIFICATIONS / - 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent
-Play work qualification / coaching award level 1 or equivalent / A

Recognised First Aid Certificate
Recognised Play work qualification level 3, teaching certificate or above.

EXPERIENCE / Working with children and young people in a play work, youth work education or sport environment
Supervising other employees and/or volunteers / A
A I / Organising/leading activity programmes for children and young people
Working in an OFSTED registered facility
Working with local community members

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE / Excellent interpersonal, organisational communication and reporting skills.
Able to enthuse and manage a group of children effectively, in a child-centred manner
Able to plan and record play sessions effectively
