I presented a report at the November 2001 faculty meeting that described the current treatment of the topic of quality in health care organizations within the Wagner school curriculum. Instruction on this area is dispersed between multiple sections of three health management courses offered by the WagnerSchool. In the April 2002 I presented my review of the quality management curriculum at the top three competitive health management and policy programs. I presented this review to NYU Wagner faculty as a benchmarking exercise with my recommendations for curriculum improvement.
