Somethings to remember:
- Revision is a process that takes time and repetition
- It is your responsibility to put the time and effort into it
- Go steady: make sure your revision is focused and frequent
- Test yourself regularly
- English is a skills-based subject: the best way to revise it is to practise answering questions
- Don’t fret about getting things wrong at first or not remembering details – it just means you need more practice
- Use the support around you (parents, friends, teachers)
- Be independent in your working (look for ways to find answers or ideas on your own; don’t be reliant on others)
- Putting in the extra time and attention now will be worth it in the long run
- Be proud of yourself
