"25 JumpStart" List Script

Before every call- The new BB (Business Builder/New Consultant) will share some key points about the person you are calling. (How do they know them, where they meet, do they use Arbonne product, etc…We recommend writing it down so you can reference it during the call!)

New BB (Your NEW Consultant) verbiage---

"Hi (person on 25 list)…..do you have a minute to talk? Listen, as you may know I just started a new Arbonne business that I am really excited about! I'm new into the business and don't know how to explain the details very well and I have my friend _____ here with me who is mentoring me ,she's/he is amazing and has been very successful in the business and she/he is helping me learn how to explain what we do and we just had a quick question to ask you, can you say hi to______!

Up line/Sponsor verbiage---(more defined)

Hi ______oh my gosh thank you so much for taking our call:))))) ______has told me so much about you!______(used to go to HS together and you have 3 gorgeous kids wow -I'd love the chance to get to know you!) well again thank you ______we won't keep you but a couple of minutes :)))) ... The reason for our call ______has started her new business and I am helping mentor her , our company is amazing we specialize in pure safe and beneficial products that help people look and feel healthy and younger! What you need.....

“YES”? OK- Great-Thank YOU SO much for helping (New Consultant’ Name) out- We are scheduling her calendar now-Would (Have 3-4 dates ready to offer) and list them out and secure a date ON THE CALL!!!!

If “NO”- Say---NO WORRIES…Would you just be willing to do a quick favor and meet up with (New BB/Consultant) for a quick coffee to help her practice? She would be so grateful for the help! Would a day or evening be better for you this week? It will only take 30 minutes and you will get a free coffee and some product for the favor! (GET THE COFFEE APPT. DATE/TIME SCHEDULED BEFORE YOU GET OFF THE CALL…)

If “NO”-Would you be willing to do a huge favor and let (new BB/Consultant) drop off some product/samples (OUT OF STATE/COUNTRY-or send you sample product) to you so you can try it and schedule a coffee/ call to get your feedback? Let them know you will be dropping it off/mailing it out in the next 2 days! Schedule a date/time right then to follow up with a coffee/call 3-5 days after the DROP/MAIL!

What to say to a new Consultant or veteran that isn’t comfortable with a 3-Way call?

Sponsor: “There are several reasons why I recommend that you use the 3-Way calling method. First of all when you sponsor a brand new Consultant, a family member or a friend you’ll want them to succeed won’t you?”

New Consultant: “Of course.”

Sponsor: “Well from experience and doing this we know that if YOU don’t know how to make a three way call with your new Consultant that they typically have a very hard time getting people to host or to their first presentations to get them launched. However, if YOU can help them fill their dates then they are going to end up with a bunch of PC’s and some new Consultants and they’ll get off to a great start!”

New Consultant: “That makes sense.”

Sponsor: “Also, you’ll be amazed how well your own calls will go after you use the script that I’ll give to you to introduce me. If you can introduce me the way we have it layed out for you I promise that I will come across in a very friendly way that will put your friend or family member at ease. Let’s block off the dates of your first presentations and then let’s call the first five friends ! That way you’ll get off to a great start yourself and you’ll be able to help your new teammates as well.”

What do I say to my warm-market if I’ve already invited them before but would like to re-visit them

Re-launching Consultant: “Hi ______, this is ______. Do you have a minute? I’ve got something important that I wanted to talk with you about. You probably remember when I called you ______ago about a new business that I was starting that focused on health and wellness?

Prospect: “Yes, I remember, it’s Arbonne or something like that right?”

Re-launching Consultant: “Yes that’s it. Well ______The reason I’m calling is that I’ve learned so much since then and I've learned that I could have done some things different when I first started in how I shared with people about the business. So, I am doing a grand re-opening of my business , I didn’t know how to explain it very well so I have my friend_____ here with me who is mentoring and supporting me now , who has been very successful in the business and I would like for HER to explain it to you ! is that ok?:)))))

What do you do if you are making 3-Way Calls and you get the prospect’s voice mail?

New Consultant: “Hi ______, its ______. Hey, I’ve got some news. Give me a call.”

*Make sure the Consultant leaves ONLY this message. No more – no less! You are just trying to create curiosity.

Hopefully Betty will call back right away. If she does call back right away or even the next day you say:

New Consultant: “Thanks for calling me back ______. Can I put you on hold for a second? Thanks.”

(call your Sponsor and three way them in.) Then say:

New Consultant: “Hi ______. I’m glad you called. Do you have a minute?”

SUPER IMPORTANT:

HAVE YOUR CALENDAR READY WITH DATES FOR PRESENTATIONS, COFFEES, AND DROP OFFS---

SCHEDULE THE ACTIVITY THAT DAY! IF THEY CANNOT PICK A DATE RIGHT THEN, SCHEDULE A TIME LATER IN THE DAY TO GET THEIR DATE! NO MATTER WHAT!

THIS IS A CALENDAR FILLING ACTIVITY!!!!

ALL CALLS SHOULD TAKE LESS THAN 3-4 MINUTES! REMEMBER, SHORT SWEET AND TO THE POINT; DO NOT TAKE UP THE PERSONS TIME! ASK THE FAVORS IN ORDER, ASK FOR A PRESENTATION THEN PAUSE…IF NO, ASK FOR A COFFEE THEN PAUSE….IF NO THEN ASK FOR A PRODUCT DROP OFF….DO NOT GIVE THEM ALL THE OPTIONS AT ONCE, THEY WILL BE CONFUSED AND WILL ONLY PICK THE SAMPLE DROP!
