Dear Cathedral Parents,

Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day, a great day for the Irish! Many of our students will be representing Cathedral in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown and beginning at 11:30 p.m. If possible, please pack up the family, especially the little ones and come cheer for our Cathedral heritage as well as that of much of Indianapolis at the parade site. (Did you know that much of Indianapolis was settled by the Irish who travelled west, building the Transcontinental Railway across the USA)!

Student groups which will be represented tomorrow in the parade will be:

  • “Pride of the Irish” Band
  • CHS Cheerleaders
  • CHS Rugby Team of 2010
  • CHS Boys’ Volleyball Team of 2010
  • Varsity Football Team
  • Cathedral-Chatard Hockey Team

We will be marching near the front of the parade, so don’t be late!
