Bill thanked the parents, coaches, refs, executive, and non-parent volunteers for their work throughout the year.

Financial Report and Motions to Approve

Trevor Krall presented the 2012/2013 Budget

Trevor moved to accept the final 2012/2013 budget, seconded by Bev Smith, carried

Trevor Krall presented the 2013/2014 Projected Budget

Cheryl Law moved to accept the 2013/2014 Budget presented, seconded by Barb Leidl, carried

Budget Audit

Bruce Miller moved to have Bookworm review our 2012/2013 financial statements, Rick Malcolm seconded, carried

Bill reviewed the 2012/2013 Fundraising Summary found on page 11 of the AGM handout

Bill also reviewed the goal for the 2013/2014 season will be to update and review all association bylaws and policies.
