MISS POM GIRL Ages: (4-8) (9-11) (12-14) (15-23) Entry Fee: $8.00 AWARDS: 1ST - 4TH Place.
Pom / Dance Routine is done to the music “WE GO TOGETHER from the MUSICAL GREASE” with a time limit of 1 to 1.5 minutes. Poms
must be kept in hands at all times. The only gymnastic moves permitted are splits, floor movements and cartwheels. Judging is based on
coordination of poms with body movements, choreography with music, audience appeal, execution and overall general effect and enthusiasm.
MISS DMA HALFTIME / HALFTIME ELITE for 9th - 12th graders JUNIOR MISS HALFTIME / HALFTIME ELITE for grades 7th - 9th.
***You may not enter both Jr. And High School Events. 9TH grade students must choose which you wish to enter. Entry Fee: 8.oo.
Beginner/Intermediate Halftime will also be offered. 1 Category and Age Division Only – May be Jr. or Sr. High.

Contestants must reside in WEST VIRGINIA for STATE TITLES. STATE TITLE CONTESTANTS Must be a MEMBER of DMA.
You must enter STATE SOLO & STATE FANCY STRUTTING. STATE TITLE contestants must present a Show Presentation from 1:30 to 2:30
minutes in length which should not contain any form of twirling. Any routine containing fire, swords or anything considered hazardous will NOT
be permitted. One prop or piece of background equipment is permitted and must be of a size that the contestant herself can carry on and off the
stage. Please submit a good quality tape of your talent accompaniment. AWARDS: 1ST thru 4th TROPHIES…..BANNERS….. FLOWERS to 1ST . Also
TALENT AWARDS to 1ST.Outstanding Talent Award Overall. 1ST and 2ND Place STATE WINNERS Are Expected To Represent Their State At DMA
