RACE PROPOSAL

The following will serve as a proposal from the Allison Legacy Race Series to Track Name.

CompCar of NC Inc., the sanctioning body of The Allison Legacy Race Series (ALRS) proposes the following:

(use your region name, sanctioned by CompCar of NC Inc. in place of CompCar of NC Inc.)

CompCar of NC Inc. agrees to sanction an Allison Legacy Race Series National/Regional Event in conjunction with and as a support series for the (name speedway) date(s) shown below.

1. RACE TRACK: name racetrack

2. RACE DATE: date of event

3. RACE FORMAT: name laps & race criteria such as mandatory pit stops

such as (possible 2-50 Lap races)

such as 2 Lap qualifying run

Reasonable practice time (weather permitting)

4. OFFICIATING: CompCar of NC Inc. will co-direct the race along with track officials. CompCar of NC will conduct Technical Inspection of the Legacy cars. track will be responsible for providing scorers, flagmen, safety crews, ambulance at track for practice-qualifying and race, wreckers.

5. INSURANCE: Track must provide CompCar of NC Inc. with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance, prior to the race date, showing Additional Named Insured (names will be provided by CompCar of NC Inc.) for the event. Track must have at least $1,000,000 liability insurance and at least $10,000 medical/ $5,000 AD&D participant coverage for the event. In addition, CompCar of NC, Inc. carries an association policy.

6. RAIN DATE: In the event of a race cancellation due to weather conditions, the
race may be rescheduled on a mutually agreed upon date. If a new date cannot be rescheduled, the race may be canceled.

7. PURSE: Track will pay a total of $ Amt to CompCar of NC Inc. for the event. OR ? CompCar of NC Inc. will provide their Federal ID# to Track and be responsible for paying the purse to competitors in the Allison Legacy Series National race. CompCar of NC Inc. will be responsible for providing competitors with Federal 1099 forms showing money received from this event.

8. CAR COUNT: CompCar of NC Inc. does not guarantee a car count for the event.
