WELL-BEING TRAVEL ANNOUNCES PRAVASSA WELLNESS TRAVEL
AS A NEW PREFERRED SUPPLIER
- Well-Being Travel Members Invited to a Mini Wellness Vacation Experience –
February 2013: Well-Being Travel, a leading marketing organization focused on educating the travel agent community on the growing trend of health, wellness and medical travel, announces Pravassa Wellness Travel as a new preferred supplier. From the location and the resort to the food, exercise and activities, Pravassa Wellness Travel is known for its ability to put together life changing experiences for health conscious travelers. Pravassa provides the opportunity to shift perspective and expand the mind to help yield positive, life-changing effects.
“Many travelers no longer look at vacations as a ‘cheat week’ with culinary indulgences and days filled with doing nothing,” says Anne Marie Moebes, Executive Vice President of Well-Being Travel. “Instead, we’re seeing that many want to maintain their healthy lifestyle away from home or use a getaway to jumpstart a new regime. It is Pravassa’s ability to meet that demand head-on with unique holistic experiences that makes it such a terrific addition to Well-Being Travel.”
"Pravassa is thrilled to be partnering with Well-Being Travelto expand our wellness vacations to clients around the world who are interesting in health, wellness and cultural travel." says Linden Schaffer, Director of Pravassa Wellness Travel.“As a forward-thinking organization that has proven itself as a leader in the growing health and wellness travel niche, Well-Being Travel is exactly the type of partner we’re looking for - with marketing expertise and a strong membership base interested in health, wellness and cultural travel. I look forward to a long, successful relationship."
The partnership will kick off on March 20, 2013 with an intimate one day mini wellness vacation experience open exclusively to members of Well-Being Travel at Atmananda Yoga in New York City. Attendees will get a first-hand look at the unique experiences that are available to their clients. The full day event will discuss wellness travel as a growing niche and lead into a series of movement classes, including yoga, meditation, kettlebell training and tango. Travel professionals will meet with a nutritionist for lunch and conclude the day with an afternoon tour of the neighborhood. Space is limited.
