Qualifications for Independent Contractors

North Alabama Firearms Training, LLC

To be considered for selection as an independent contractor to North Alabama Firearms Training LLC (NAFT) as a Range Safety Officer and/or Instructor, an applicant must meet the following qualifications and agree to maintain those qualifications during the contract period:

  1. Be of good character, with no felony convictions and a clean police record, beyond minor traffic offenses, and be willing to submit to a background check;
  2. Be certified by the NRA as an Instructor in at least one discipline or as a NRA Training Counselor or Chief Range Safety Officer;
  3. It is also desirable but not required that instructors be:
  4. Members of the NRA
  5. NRA Certified Range Safety Officers
  6. Be a member of a NRA/CMP affiliated club

Favorable consideration will be given to those prospective contractors who hold NRA instructor certification in other disciplines or courses.

North Alabama Firearms Training, LLC is the sole judge as to the qualifications and desirability of an independent contractor and by signing an application the prospective contractor agrees to this judgment.
