Meeting came to order with the saying of the Pledge of Allegiance led by President Bob Todd

Jack Slater made the motion to accept the minutes from the last meeting . Beth Todd seconded the motion, motion carried.
Treasure’s report was given- Balance of $381.58
Linda Martin read birthdays and anniversaries.
Bob reminded everyone about our service projects and items will be collected at our October campout in Mahomet
Steve Martin made motion to close the meeting with Bob Ritter seconding, motion carried.

Linda Martin will make an afghan for the 2012 Illinois Indians State Rally as our door prize to be raffled off. Jack Slater motioned, Everett Johnson seconded to give her $100 for time and materials.
Sheila Ritter and Jean Slater were named as 2012 Nominating Committee and will announce the nominations at our September campout with elections taking place in October at Mahomet.

2011 SERVICE PROJECTS
Our Service Projects for 2011 will be the VA Hospital in Danville,IL and we will also be collecting aluminum can pop tops with the proceeds going to The Ronald McDonald House. Each pop top will provide one minute of dialysis for children in need. Collect them from your neighbors and friends.
