·  SPI 0707.4.1-Classify methods of reproduction as sexual or asexual.
·  SPI 0707.1.1-Identify and describe the function of the major plant and animal cell organelles.
·  SPI 0707. 3.1-Comparte the chemical compounds that make up the reactants and products of photosynthesis and cellular respiration.
Daily practice activity for citing text based evidence in conversation and/or writing:
·  Writing activity over the importance of seed plants (students will read a passage about the importance of seed products as compared to non-seed products and come up with a conclusion based on the reading).
·  Students will cite information from the text in a well-constructed argument about the importance of seed plants.
·  Presentations that involve students working in groups and each group member having a specific job that constructs a well given presentation (citation, group seriousness, creativity, and structure).
·  Formally written lab reports that have key points and emphasis designing an experiment by backing it up with factual information.
