The meeting was held at the Essence of Hope January 27, 2018
Dianna B. opened with the Serenity prayer.

Dianna B asked GSRs to look and see if any information is missing please add it and it will later be addressed
Kelvin J wanted to know why was Vance T reimbursed for the money for the radios and why the area didn't give it to him initially.
Ruben T would like to know why H&I and the phone line aren't getting the support they do desperately need and challenged all GSRs to join a subcommittee.
Angel J says part of the problem with ppl asking to join the subcommittees is the clean time they have. You need to have a year or more to hold one of the phones. Sandra said 6 months is all that's needed for H&I.
Debra C said her name was left off the minutes.
Robert A asked about the subcommittees and clean time needed.
Todd G wanted to know how to get involved in H&I.
Jeff L said there must be a reason why GSRs aren't getting on subcommittees and we need to find out why it is.
Dianna B said that in November we discussed about purchasing the coffee pots however it wasn't brought up to the GSRs due to lack of time.
Regina asked was there a set amount for emergencies in case of another incident like the last.
Dale W wanted to know do hospitality have a budget. Also can a motion be out in for an amount so area can make purchases upon emergencies?
Leonard H also said something needs to be in place in case of emergency purchases.

Motion 355 Sandra J asked that the H&I budget remain the same.
Motion 356 Robert A is asking for a $27 increase making his budget to$110 for public relations.
Motion 357 Kathy P asked for a $25 increase making the activity budget $950.
Motion 358 asked that a budget of $500 be made for area to spend in case of any emergencies.
Motion 359 Valerie H asked to increase the literature budget which was tabled
Motion 360 Angel J asked to keep the phone line budget the same.
