Please could you provide figures for the below questions for the year 2005 though to the current time by year with regards to patients with diabetes (type 1 and 2).
1. The number of referrals from primary to secondary care for
patients with diabetes. If possible separating out type 1 and type 2, if not then as a total/year.
2. Admissions to hospital due to hypoglycaemia. If possible
separating out type 1 and type 2, if not then as a total/year.
3. Total admissions for patients with diabetes.
4. Mean length of stay for patients all diabetes admissions
5. Total bed days for all diabetes admissions.
