MESSAGE FROM YOUR PRESIDENT:
Hello Sisters:
Fall is here and it’s time to start thinking about all things Auxiliary. We have two auxiliaries that still have not sent in Installation Reports: 3180 and 6245. Please make sure this is done as soon as possible. You will not receive information from National or Department if you do not send them in.
Membership is coming in slow. ECCA is at 58.58%. I know we can do better. We want to fill our heart as quickly as possible.
Fall Conference information packets have been mailed. Be sure to get your reservations in as soon as possible. If you did not get yours, please let me know.
VALOR will be at our November meeting, so please bring your canned and dry food items, along with any donations.
Enclosed is a copy of the last Program Report received (August). If you see a discrepancy, please call me or the appropriate Department Chairman.
It is very important for Auxiliary Presidents (or a representative from each Auxiliary) to attend County, District, and Department meetings.
~Sue McMahon, ECCA President
