Having raced to success in their local heats, with an amazing 77.6 km per kilowatt hour, team Bumi Siliwangi are now going up against the world’s best in London. The “Driver’s World Championship” pits driver against driver in a test of both energy efficiency andspeed. The challenge - finish three laps, and be first to cross the line… But getting to the finish, is easier said than done.

One of the most interesting things I think they’ll see is how we construct carbon fibre composite structures and they’ll be able to apply that to the chassis of their car and to the bodywork as well and hopefully make their car lighter and stiffer for next year.
