The Shaler Area School Board approved the 2018-19 school calendar. The first day of school for all students will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018, and the last day for all students will be Friday, June 7, 2019. The calendar is posted on the District web page.

At this time, Rogers alumni and current SAES student, Michael LaBella (also our Kailyn’s and Riley’s big brother) is receiving treatment for AML (acute myeloid leukemia.) The community is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner in his honor on March 10. On that day, I am hoping to see a big turnout of Rogers’ families to show Michael and his family that we are forever #RogersStrong and are there for them. Let’s show up in full force!
