Once accepted into the program, Ms. Lee will email you the information regarding online enrollment for the tour. On the group’s website, you will find information regarding the payment plan and insurance. All payments are made through the EF website.
Once enrolled, we’ll require health information forms, passport information, and multiple other forms to be completed online in a timely manner so that we may prepare for a wonderful experience with your son or daughter! If you have any questions, please contact me any time!

Code of Behavior Contract
Please review the following student behavior expectations. The student’s signature at the bottom of this page indicates that he/she agrees to demonstrate these behaviors during the entire program. This includes days traveling to and from Charleston, SC.
SAFETY is an absolute top priority on this trip. If the student does not agree with the behavior contract below, the student does not belong on this trip. PLEASE read carefully and prepare to abide by all rules all the time. These guidelines apply to EVERY participant on the trip, regardless of age—just because a participant is 18 years old or older, he/she is still responsible for abiding by these rules as a member of the tour group.

______2. I will use common courtesies at all times.
______3. I will try my best to maintain a positive attitude during the entire experience.
______4. I understand that I am an ambassador for my school, community, and country and I will treat everyone I meet with respect.

______6. I understand that I am expected to willingly participate in all programs and activities during the travel program.
______7. I am willing to take directions from all those in charge including the group leaders and instructors.
______8. I will obey all laws and engage in no inappropriate conduct, including drugs, alcohol use, piercings, sexual misconduct, and tattoos.
______9. I will arrive on time to all scheduled meeting times in order not to make the group late.
______10. I will dress appropriately- closed toed shoes for hikes, shorts at fingertip length and no revealing clothing. Swimsuits can either one or two piece- as long as they’re not too revealing.
______11. Finally, I understand that my acceptance into this program is conditional and if at any time I fail to live up to these responsibilities, I may be removed from the group. Parents will be notified and the student will be sent home immediately. Airfare itinerary modification charges will be the responsibility of the parent/student.
