The Texas Chapter of The Wildlife Society (TCTWS) strives to be the acknowledged source of scientific information and expertise concerning wildlife biology and management in Texas.

Would like to extend an invitation to companies, agencies, organizations and individuals interested in reserving exhibit space at the TCTWS Annual Meeting at the Omni Hotel in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The Texas Chapter is The Wildlife Society’s largest chapter in the United States and we anticipate over600 participants to celebrate our next 50 years of dedicated professionalism in wildlife conservation.
Exhibits open on Thursday, February 19th after noon and close at noon on Saturday, February 21st. Space options are designed to allow flexibility with respect tolocation, electricity, and price. Discounted rates are available for Government Agencies and Non-Profit Organizations.

UPDATE:
Due to renovations of the Omni Hotel’s meeting space our meeting venue has been moved just a few blocks away to the American Bank Center (ABC).
The event center at ABC is an exciting change and will give us the amount of space needed to accommodate our growing membership.
From sparkling glass to Texas limestone, the center's facilities are a pleasure to see and experience. The 76,000 sq. ft. of exhibit halls, two ballrooms, and 21 meeting rooms include:
• A large, glass encased entrance with a circular drive for vehicle drop–off and a covered entrance just steps from the Corpus Christi Bay.
• The Grand Foyer Lobby with a magnificent view of the bay, centralized with easy access to all venues at the American Bank Center.
• The Henry Garrett Ballroom, a 20,000 sq. ft. ballroom, created with an outstanding 7,000 sq. ft. pre-function area that overlooks the Corpus Christi Bay from 20 feet above the ground floor.
• Several meeting rooms on the ground level, registration areas, easy access to the Selena Auditorium, kitchens, escalators, elevators and stairways.
The Omni will still be our event hotel providing overnight accommodations at a group rate and shuttle service to and from the ABC.
