Publications

Abstractsof papers should be received no later than November 20th,2014. All abstracts will undergo a thorough review process.

Abstracts reviewed by the Organizing Committee and selected for inclusion in the conference Programme will be published by Moscow Power Engineering Institute in the conference proceedings which will be issued to the participants

Particular emphasis should be given to:

Analysis of problem relevance;
Novelty/originality of the presented research results;
Author’s personal contribution;
Prospects of obtained result application.

participation requirements

To participate in the conference, it is necessary to send to the Organizing Committee the application form (App. 1) and the Abstract.
The abstracts should be presented in A5 format. The size should not exceed 1 pages of A5 format, including the author’s line, title, text, figures, tables and references.

3.The formation rules for report theses are presented in App. 2.

requirements to the abstracts submission

Abstract is presented in the form of file AuthorsSurname.doc (or AuthorsSurname.rtf) – for example, Ivanov.doc. The application form file is submitted with the name AuthorsSurname_App.doc (or AuthorsSurname_App.rtf) – for example, Ivanov_App.doc. (When using Microsoft Office 2007, the files can be submitted with an expansion docx).
Application forms and abstracts will be accepted by November 20th,2014via e-mail only to .
Abstracts and forms from submitted in time and formed in accordance with the requirements will be directed on reviewing. The review results will be sent to the authors via e-mail not later than December 20th,2014.

4.The invitation to the participants will be sentby January20th2015.

COSTS

The registration feeis 15 Euro in ruble equivalent and should be paidby foreign participations in Moscow by the arrived. The registration fee includes publication expenses.

The participants should cover themselves all private expenses.

MPEI guest house booking till January 15th, 2015.
