MEETING MINUTES

John stated that there was great feedback on the first ever Girls/Boys joint October 30th Meet the Player Pep Rally. He also stated that player/team pictures will be November 11, 2015 during 1st period.
Coach Littleton stated that the Uniform/Wind suits/ Jackets he ordered are still missing one. He further stated that the basketballs and toss back he ordered should be on the LISD account. Tami stated that she would email him the invoice the booster club received for confirmation before paying.
Tami stated that the Booster club is still awaiting IRS notices from late filings of 2014 and 2015.
Craig reported that the Ballin Crew is off to a good start and that Vicki Toothman will be taking over for the upcoming season.
Craig gave an update on sponsorships and he is expecting to surpass the $20,000 budget. Coach Littleton sent two sponsors of $500 each and 3 of our sponsors participated in the Meet the Player night on October 30, 2015.
Joe gave an update on technology stating that the FMSN is up and running and events can be viewed on You Tube. He gave an update on current equipment in use. Joe stated that while Brandon has helped a lot in getting things up and running but may not be needed moving forward. Joe suggested that we give Brandon some kind of gift card or some sort of payment for all of his help thus far. Joe received instruction from Coach Littleton to submit a work order to him for any equipment not working properly and he will submit to the necessary person.
Coach Littleton state that HUDL is up and running and that the boys should be set up.
Tami reviewed financials and state she would get them emailed out thru October 31, 2015. Coach Littleton stated that he has approximately $2100 in his FMHS account ($1500 + $500) However, he stated that he would have to submit a PO request in order to use that money but that the money could not be used to pay for the Unity T-shirts ordered last year. It has come to our attention that the invoice from Lewisville Letter for the Unity t-shirts has not been paid. Suggestion was made to use the money to pay for the Houston Trip bus or expenses.
Angela gave a quick update on the concessions stating that income was approximately $600 for the last event. She further stated that the dolly that was owned by the booster club is missing. Coach Littleton offered the Jungle room to store extra product if needed.
Coach Littleton gave an update on the possibility of FMHS hosting a Prime Time Sports Spring Tournament.
Angie gave an update that income for spirit wear was $178 but could have been more if she would have had the capability of accepting credit cards.
Shawn stated that the elementary school visits went very well and she received very good feedback.
No new business was discussed and due to Parent Meeting start time, the Meeting was adjourned at 7:00 pm
