Students should bring the executable project, project report (spiral binded),daily dairy and CD containing project, presentation and report in soft form. If there is more than one student in a group then each student must submit above requirements separately.
Instructions:
· Each student must observe the timings of presentation strictly.
· No student will be allowed to interchange the allotted slot of presentation.
· It is mandatory to follow the pre-specified format of the Report. Major guidelines for the report are available at http://gndec.ac.in/?q=node/17
· All students should attend all sessions of presentations and should be in formal dress.
· Each Student must make his/her own presentation irrespective the work done in group (with individual report). The report should be spiral-binded initially and after making the required necessary changes, the same should be submitted to the respective internal evaluator in hard-binded form with white color cover page. Attested Xerox of certificate must be attached in the report.
· Each report should carry one CD, which must contain documentation, PowerPoint presentation of the report and source code of the project. Title of the project along with name & roll number of student should be written over the CD.
· PPTs must be precise, to the point and should not contain unnecessary/irrelevant data.
· Do not write the source code in the report.
· During presentation, each student must submit one loose Certificate (Photostat Copy) of training to the evaluating teacher. On the other side of certificate (blank page), write clearly student name, class rollno., univ. roll no., name of the project, work done during training, programming languages used in project, name and address of the industry/training centre, name and contact no. of the training incharge/ project incharge.
