Agenda Item No. 1.Ratification of the Minutes of the Unit Approval Committee Meeting held on 13.11.2009
UAC ratified the minutes of the previous meeting held on 13.11.2009.
UNIT APPROVAL COMMITTEE FOR M/s. Brandix inida Apparel City Pvt.Ltd, A SECTOR SPECIFIC SEZ IN APPAREL SECTOR
Agenda Item No. 2: Request of the Developer for approval of Servicesby the Unit Approval Committeein relation to the authorized operations in respect of services consumed a) Within the SEZ b) Partly inside, partly outside and Outside the SEZ
The UAC decided that Development Commissioner may approve the services on lines already approved for Developer in the previous meetings
UNIT APPROVAL COMMITTEE FOR M/S RAMKY PHARMACITY SEZ, A SECTOR SPECIFIC SEZ IN PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR
Agenda Item No. 3: Request of M/s Pharmazell (Vizag) Pvt. Ltd., a Unit in M/s Ramky Pharmacity SEZ for amendment of the LOP
M/s Pharmazell (Vizag) Pvt. Ltd has requested for inclusion of the following additional products in their LOP.
- Terbinafine Intermediate
- Ursodeoxycholic acid.
UAC approved the proposal.
UNIT APPROVAL COMMITTEE FOR M/S DR. REDDY’S LABORATORIES LTD (DRL). SEZ A SECTOR SPECIFIC SEZ IN PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR.
Agenda Item NO. 4: Request of the Developer for approval of Servicesby the Unit Approval Committeein relation to the authorized operations in respect of services consumed a) Within the SEZ b) Partly inside, partly outside and Outside the SEZ
The UAC decided that Development Commissioner may approve the services on lines already approved for Developer in the previous meetings
Agenda Item No. 5The Developer has submitted a request for approval of UAC for procurement of goods for construction of boundary wall and other development works viz., roads, drains, power and water supply arrangements etc.
The total projected requirement of Steel and & Cement are as follows:
Cement: 352930 bagas of 50 kg.
Steel: 2367.51 tons
Item wise requirement of civil, electrical equipment and Effluent Treatment Plant is also given as per Annexure. The list of goods has been certified by Chartered Engineer.
The proposal was approved subject to submission of the list duly certified by the Chartered Engineer on each page of the list.

Agenda Item (6): Request ofM/s. Divis Laboratories Ltd (Unit) for amendment of LOP to include manufacturing of the additional products under broadbanding.
M/s Divis Laboratories has requested for amendment of the LOP to include the following item for manufacturing in their Unit:
- 40Iso Propyl-3-Methy Phenol (4-IPMP) 20 MT ITC Code 29071930
UAC approved the proposal.

Agenda Item No. 7: Proposal of M/s APIIC, Developer of APSEZ for duty free procurement of items for providing 4 Nos. of 2 Mts. High Mast lights, 120 Nos. of 9 Mts. Long octagonal hot dipped galvanized poles with decorative double arm brackets and 2X150W HPSV lamps and 200 Nos. of 11 Mts. Long octagonal hot dipped galvanized poles with decorative single arm bracket and with 1X250 W HPSV lamps at APSEZ roads, Visakhapatnam District
UAC ratified the proposal.
