NOTES:

* FWSA trips tend to be more expensive than our club trips.

* FWSA trips tend to be always on the same dates, but different destinations.

* Mt. High trips tend to be on different dates and different destinations each year.

Exceptions: The Powder Mt. (Utah) trip and the Lake Tahoe trip are repeating every year. Same destination, same time. (But, Powder Mt. was skipped this past winter.)

1. Which trips are you interested in signing up for? (Check all that apply.)

o  Mt. High weekend bus trip (January) - 2 or 3 days.

o  FWSA ski week (Whistler) - a week, carpooling or drive to.

o  Mt. High Whitefish (MT) - a train trip with AMTRAK (5 days, 6 nights)

o  Mt. High Powder Mt. (UT) - 7 days, carpooling or fly in.

o  Bergfreunde Lake Tahoe (CA) - a week, carpooling.

o  FWSA Heli ski week (Revelstoke)

o  Mt. High weekend bus trip in March (Crystal Mt.) - 2 days

o  FWSA Mini ski week (Whitefish) - 5 days

2. If you are planning to go on a week-long trip, would you also go on any other longer trips? YES / NO. Which ones? Whistler, Whitefish, Powder Mt., Lake Tahoe.

3. Which dates might be best for a Mt. High Whitefish trip?

5. For Mt. High weekend bus trips, which destinations within Oregon and Washington might be preferable? Those in the calendar are just ideas for now.

OR: A-Lakes, Bachelor, Hoodoo, Mt.Ashland, Willamette Pass.

WA: Bluewood, Crystal Mt., White Pass.

6. Would you be interested in a Canada trip in the future? This year, there seems to be a lot of interest in Whistler/Blackcomb. But for some future trip, check all that you might be interested in:

o  Sun Peaks

o  Big White

o  Silver Star

o  Revelstoke (and maybe Kicking Horse)

o  Banff (Mt. Norquay, Sunshine Village, Lake Louise, and maybe Kicking Horse)

o  Not interested in Canada trip

7. Which lodging / travel arrangement do you prefer for a longer trip like Canada?

o  Staying at just one of these places (like we did at Big White in 2003), or

o  A road trip, like a Canada ski Safari or how we did Whitewater and Red Mt.

8. For a destination 10-12 hours drive away, how would you prefer to travel?
