RULES & REGULATIONS

  • Booths

Because of the high demand, we have limited space available. Only 10’ x 10’ pop-up tents with 25-pound weights on each leg are available. Tents must be weighted due to safety issues. You must supply the tent and weights. Spaces are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Chairs and tables

These are not provided by the Spirit of Shrewsbury Craft Fair committee.

  • NO packing up early

Crafters are expected to stay for the entire event till 4 PM.

  • Limitations of crafts

We do have limitations on the number of crafters selling the same items, as we want to avoid increased competition and provide visitors with a wide array of crafts. Limitations may include spaces selling jewelry, pocketbooks, American Doll clothing and others. Decision will be made by the Craft Fair Committee.

  • Notification

~ You will be notified if spaces are no longer available and your check will be voided.

~ Confirmation will be made via email or phone call.

~ If you do not have email and would like written confirmation of your reservation, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your registration material.

  • Electricity

You will need to provide your own extension cords.

  • Raffle

We will be holding a raffle. We are asking for each vendor to donate an item for the raffle. This is not mandatory, but it would be appreciated. Donated items will be collected the morning of the fair.

  • Food Permit

A food permit is needed if you are selling or giving away food (including candy). Contact the Shrewsbury Board of Health () by NOON on JULY 1 to obtain a food permit.

The Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival Association assumes NO responsibility for loss from fire, water, rain, theft, or damage to any exhibits, property or equipment and NO liability for any injury.
