S-Fig. 2 The electrophoretic profile of total dsRNAs from virions in 1.5% agarose gel (lane 1) and the corresponding Northern hybridization results (lane 2, 3 and 4). The [32P]dCTP-labeling probes were prepared from the cDNAs of the corresponding dsRNA segments, and the total dsRNAs were transferred onto Hybond-N+ membrane in parallel and was used as the targets.
