Amplify Savings Challenge Sweepstakes Rules

1.  NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2.  ELIGIBILITY: The Amplify Savings Challenge Spin-to-Win & Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to members in good standing of Amplify, or legal residents eligible for Amplify membership, 18 years of age or older as of February 13, 2015. Void where prohibited. Officers, employees, their immediate family members (living in the same household), members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, Nominating Committee, agents, and contractors of Amplify Federal Credit Union are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, and regulations.

3.  PROMOTION TIMING/DESCRIPTION: The promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on February 13, 2015 and ends at midnight CT on April 16, 2015 ("Promotional Period"). There will be two drawings during the promotional period.

4.  TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, Members must speak with a Contact Center agent, complete a Savings Challenge survey online, and click submit. Although the form can be submitted multiple times, drawing entries will be limited to one per member number.

Alternatively, members or non-members may send a 3x5 card with their name, phone number, email address, and home address to: Amplify Federal Credit Union, Attn: Marketing, PO Box 85300, Austin, TX 78708. Alternative entries limited to one per person. Entry forms cannot be mechanically reproduced. All entries must be received prior to the end of the Promotional Period. Incomplete entries, late entries or entries not complying with these Drawing Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Members and non-members are limited to one prize from the Sweepstakes.

5.  ODDS: Estimated odds of winning a prize in a Sweepstakes drawing depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the promotional periods.

6.  PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:

Two (2) prizes of $1,500 will be given away.

All applicable taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prize winners will be required to provide their taxpayer identification number to Amplify Federal Credit Union, which will be reported to the Internal Revenue Service.

7.  DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: The first potential winner for the prize listed above will be selected in a random drawing on March 13, 2015 from among all eligible entries received between February 13, 2015 and March 12, 2015. The second potential winner for the prize listed above will be selected in a random drawing on April 17, 2015 from among all eligible entries received between March 13, 2015 and April 16, 2015. will be notified by overnight or U.S. Mail and/or telephone or email on or on the day of the giveaway, unless the giveaway falls on a holiday or weekend; in which case the winner will be notified the next business day. All decisions are in the sole and absolute discretion of Amplify Federal Credit Union. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and may not be substituted. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification or an alternate winner will be chosen.

8.  CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Each ENTRANT and their heirs, personal representatives, and next of kin release, waive, discharge, and agree to hold harmless AMPLIFY FEDERAL Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees, and agents, as well as the owners and lessors and lessees of any premises in which GIVEAWAY activities are held, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and damages arising out of OR RELATED TO any loss, injury, or damageS, whether caused by the negligence of the released parties or otherwise, that may be caused or claimed to be caused as a result of PARTICIPATION IN THE DRAWING or the receipt of a prize.

9.  GENERAL: By entering and participating in the giveaway, each entrant grants Amplify Federal Credit Union the right to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the Amplify Savings Challenge Sweepstakes. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release. Entrants will not be compensated or reimbursed for video production, credit union publicity, or public appearances. All entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Drawing Rules. Any violation or non-compliance with these rules will result in disqualification.
