4 Hour Re-Certification

The Minnesota Department of Health requires food handlers who hold the initial certification as a ServSafe Food Manager to re-certify every three years. The 4-hour re-certification classes will cover a review of sanitation and safety; emerging trends in food preparation; sanitation and handling for the prevention of food borne illnesses.

The Minnesota Department of Health will send to you the renewal application 3-4 months before your certified manager’s certificate expires. This form is preprinted with your name, address and UPC code specific to each individual. If you have moved since the initial application was submitted, please contact the Minnesota Department of Health.

Registration fee: $60.00

Pre-registration is required. To register, complete the attached registration form. Enclose the fee or if company billing; completely fill out employer information.
