Sales Administrator /

Objectives:

·  To effectively administer the data entry requirements for the quotation process in line with the sales order process.

·  To provide admin support for the Sales Team.

·  To maintain a high level of customer service through timely and effective communication.

·  To support a culture in which employees take pride in their work, are focussed on customer service, are proactive in finding long term solutions to problems as they arise, are constantly looking for ways to improve the way they work, accept responsibility for their actions, and treat each other with respect.

Responsibilities:

·  To comply with the company’s policies and procedures, particularly in respect of quality, health & safety, housekeeping, environment, and human resources

·  To effectively manage day to day customer enquires via telephone/email in conjunction with external sales function when required.

·  To maintain effective and consistent lines of communication with key departments to ensure the efficient processing, manufacture and delivery of customer orders.

·  To provide effective support to the external sales team, maintaining a constant relationship with external sales partners.

·  To provide departmental cover by fulfilling the requirements of order and quote related processes as required during planned and unforeseen absence.

·  To review overdue purchase orders daily, investigate, and resolve with the supplier, achieving minimal impact on Eurobond Doors’ customers.

·  To participate in stock count activities as requested.

·  To carry out general administrative duties to include filing within the department as required.

Performance Measures:

·  All sales order and quote administration activity to be recorded within Epicor for visibility, comment and reporting

·  Number of sales orders and quotations processed.

·  Number of complaints relating to sales order processing errors

·  Accurate recording and responses to customer requests.
