1.  Welcome and Introductions—Maria Wagner and Anita Lisnow signed off on the February meeting minutes.

Concluded Events

·  Spring Book Fairs—still don’t have PS amounts…ES made $7,728.

Current Events

·  Chocolate Sale- Feb 4 form distribution—made about $4,250 and get get 50% of that as profit. Did about the same as last year and that was about triple what the middle school made. One more pick up is March 17th 1:00 to 3:00.

·  Yearbook- February—200 plus in pre-sales. Looking for pictures from the Carnival, first day of school, and Color Run. If anyone has any send to Chris B or Erin.

Upcoming Events

·  Ladies Night Out – Friday, April 8—ahead of ticket sales from last year. We have plenty of room. In need of wine for one of the games. Class baskets donations through Friday. Class moms maybe can put out an email for one last chance to donate. New games this year. 2 keys to the treasury boxes….one is a Movado watch valued at $1,800 and the other is for a Tiffany bracelet and necklace. Also a wine pull, where the least bottle is worth $15 so you will get your money’s worth. American girl doll of the year…2 hoverborads the ones that don’t blow up….reverse card draw…bigger door prizes this year…each table will win a prize. Will call the $450 and over prizes. Record # of sponsors this year in the $300 and $500 range. Kristin Schloss is going to form the flyers for the teacher prizes and send them to Juli Hilbert to put in frames and decorate them.

·  1st Day of School Supplies- April—service providing for school supplies for next year. Middle school is doing in for the PTSA. Site is live firstdayofschoolsupplies.com ---put in the zip code and our school will come up. This year everything is on the list even the little things. Very reasonably priced..the highest priced box was $64. Should be coming out early April. Don’t make much profit only about $1.00 or $2.00.

·  Spring Clothing Drive- Saturday, April 23—Announcement is going out next week….open from 9am to 2pm…put all your stuff in bags and it will be taken.

·  Teacher Appreciation Week- May 2 – 6—doing it different this year. Pauline Schmitt is going to organize the breakfast with Black Bear…Shoprite is going to provide the lunch. Anita is going to help organize…there was so much excess last year so we want to tone it down.

·  Flower Sale- Friday, May 6—right before Mother’s Day weekend—week of Teacher Appreciation Week…Cub scouts can plant in both schools if there are any left over. Last year there really weren’t any left over.

·  Mother Son Event- Friday, May 20—rented out the Sports Zone—putting kids in teams. Photo Booth for a keepsake, prizes for kids…

·  Father Daughter Dance- Friday, June 3 –have a DJ and the theme is CandyLand—any “father figure” can go.

·  5th Grade Bash- Thursday, June 9—possibly do a Candyland theme and use the decorations from the Father-Daughter Dance-Lisa Pado may have candy jars to put candy in on a table.

·  2nd Grade Ice Cream Party- Friday, June 10—Erin is running this.

·  Yo Mon and Car Wash—going out April 7th—makes a great gift for bus drivers, teachers, mother’s day.

·  Dunk Tank is set for the ES --June 6th with a raindate of June 8th
