Krank ‘it (30) - These classes are extremely popular and provide a thorough cardiovascular workout, as well as helping improve muscle tone to the legs. The quickest way to burn up to 500 calories in the shortest possible time!

Bonkers Bootcamp/Anything goes/ Hall of Horrors- Classes aimed at developing both all-round muscle tone and stamina. Catering for all levels of fitness, an excellent complement to any exercises routine. Our specialist instructors will take you through a structured programme of exercises for a first class all-round workout.

Krank & Grind- Cardio and resistance training combined into one session to help you effectively burn those calories during the session and for hours after the fun has ended.

RELAX AND UNWIND… These classes will help you to unwind and re-energise and help to bring the mind and body into harmony.

Yoga- Improve posture and increase flexibility in this highly beneficialclass. Through the use of this method overall awareness of the body is achieved and can be taken into everyday life enabling you to move freely again without pain or tension.

TONING & STRENGTH… Toning your body is a great way to get your muscles conditioned and strong.

NIFTY 50’S - This class is designed for the over 50’s. Have fun and stay fit with a mixture of cardiovascular, strengthening and stretching work.

Swingers - Is the most effective, stimulating, safe and easy to follow

Calorie blitzing, fat burning programme. It is designed to sculpt and shape your body and delivers a complete all body workouts.

Box it Up – A circuit styled class, including a variety of padwork and technique drills with the aid of boxing gloves. High in intensity…full body workout, whilst learning how to punch safely in this boxing based class.
