Please read the following information carefully. Rosters and season results will be retrieved from the QuikStats ( website.
Please be sure your rosters are updated and the information (uniform numbers, height, spelling, year, position) is correct. IF THERE IS A MISSPELLING, PLEASE CONTACT JASON ESLINGER () WITH THE CHANGE.
Be sure your QuikStats page is updated. Please double check roster numbers on your players. This is important for our stat system. State Qualifiers, you must have statistics updated by 10:00 a.m. the day after your regional final is played.
THIS INFORMATION SHEETMUST BE SUBMITTED BY 10 A.M. THE DAY AFTER YOUR TEAM QUALIFIESTO BE INCLUDED IN THE STATE TOURNAMENT PROGRAM.
NEW - Team Photos: Only those that qualify for the state volleyball tournament need to submit team photos. Team photos must be emailed to Heidi Reed (). The deadline to submit team photos is 10:00 a.m. the day after your regional final is played. When submitting photos, please include the following: all images need to be horizontal and work best in a JPG format. Send all photos separately from the information page. Be sure to include a listing of who everyone is in the photo. ID’s should be typed (do not type in ALL CAPS) and not handwritten. When e-mailing your program information, list your school name and class in the e-mail subject line.

Pronunciations: We realize how important it is that names are properly pronounced at the state tournament. If your roster has any names that are tough to pronounce, please provide the phonetic spelling below. Our announcers will be visiting with you on the day you play, but any advanced prep work they can do will be appreciated.
