Brownie Camp Academy
Info & Registration
When: February 4, 2017 from 8:30am to 4pm
Where: Camp Jubilee in Cochrane
Fee: $15/girl (covers: materials for stations; hotdog, juice and rice crispy square for lunch, and Brownie Camp Academy crests)
Goal: Complete “Key to Camping” and a few other program badges.
Agenda: Girls will participate in a flag raising ceremony then will circulate through stations which will be followed by a campfire ceremony.

1. Camp Safety
2. Dress Right
3. Hat Craft
4. Tootsie Rolls
5. Tea Lights & Fire Starters
6. Wide Games
7. First Aid
8. Closing Campfire
Requirements:
· Girls must register with a unit.
· The unit is responsible to provide ratio as well as appropriate first aider(s) as per Safe Guide.
· We will do all other paperwork, but Unit Guiders will be responsible to distribute it, collect it and return it back to us by the required date (no exceptions).
Registration opens November 7, 2016
Registration will close November 18, 2016
Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Only online registration will be accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email. You must submit a copy of your confirmation email and payment to the Guide Center by November 30, 2016. Once your payment has been received, Safe Guide Forms and an information package. Safe Guide Forms must be returned by December 30, 2016 – no exceptions. Refunds will be given up to December 9, 2016 for those girls that cannot attend. After December 9, 2016 any remaining spots will be released to the waiting list and no refunds will be given after this point. You must provide ratio for your unit. Ratio required is 1:8
NOTE:The program for this event is extremely similar from year to year. If you have girls who have already attended this event, please consider bringing those girls who have not attended in the past.
