1 Purpose of this Equipment: To provide optimum atmosphere (temperature and humidity) for proofer stage of production of bakery products.

3 General Operating Specifications:
3.1 Dimensions:
3.1.1 1B20-A (1 door): Not to exceed 100 inches high, 39 inches wide, 44 inches deep.
3.1.2 1B20-B (2 doors): Not to exceed 100 inches high, 79 inches wide, 44 inches deep.
3.2 Salient Characteristics that shall be provided:
3.2.1 Stainless steel construction interior and exterior (aluminum top acceptable).
3.2.2 One rack per door only.
3.2.3 Magnetic door gaskets.
3.2.4 Insulated.
3.2.5 Interior bumpers.
3.2.6 Electronic controls for adjusting temperature and humidity.
3.2.7 Interior Light.
3.2.8 Reversible door.
3.2.9 Must be flush and level with floor.
3.2.10 Water inlet and drain connections.
3.3 Industry Standards / Requirement(s):
3.3.1 Industry Standards: Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certification, or approved equivalent. Conformité Européene
3.3.2 Warranty period shall be for (1) year from date of delivery against defective material and workmanship and shall include parts, service and labor.

4.5 NOTE: the operating range for 120 volts is 110 to 120 volts; the operating range for 220 volts is 208 to 230 volts.
5 Standard Contractor Requirements:
5.1 Must be shipped split, ready to assemble, able to fit through a 36 inch opening, make utility connections, and use.
5.2 De-installation of old equipment is required.
5.3 This equipment requires disposal: Contractor to remove from commissary and dispose.
5.4 Installation required by an authorized service technician.
5.5 Operational testing is required.
5.6 Startup assistance required.
5.7 Provide familiarization training.
