This Registration Form must accompany your submissions. Please photocopy as needed – up to 30 art posters and/or 30 writing submissions per school, please. If you would like to send more submissions, please contact us.

We operate under the assumption that all works submitted and the student names can be displayed to the public in their original form and online. Please let us know if any of the names or works should be kept confidential.

ART/WRITING PICK-UP: Submissions may be taken home by teachers or students at the conclusion of the reception on Jan. 15. To ensure that all projects can be seen and appreciated by attendees, no work may be removed before 6 p.m. that evening.

Any submissions not collected on Jan. 15 will be taken down and stored in Siena Hall room 202 until March 6, 2016. Due to lack of storage space, no artwork can be kept after that date. If you are unable to collect artwork by March 6, please contact Lynn Rogers at to make other arrangements.

For questions on the exhibit, delivery or pick-up, please contact Lynn Rogers at or 518-782-6654.
