STEPS TO LOG INTO E-Z-ARTS FACULTY SERVICES FOR GRADING
Step 1) To begin, log onto the UNCSA Web for Faculty Services:
http://www.uncsa.edu/pafhomepg.htm
This will take you to E-Z Arts. You may have already created an account to view your payroll information. In addition to your Personal and Employee tabs, you will also have a Faculty Services tab.
If this is your first time entering E-Z arts, you will need to enter your 9-digit Banner ID number (provided to you by Human Resources) and your 6-digit birth date (MMDDYY).
2) Log in using your 9-digit ID and 6-digit PIN just as you would to view your payroll information.
3) To enter Final Grades start by clicking the Faculty and Advisors link in the Main Menu.
4) Then you can click on “Final Grades” in the menu list.
5) Select the appropriate term for grading and then click submit
6) Clicking the Drop Down arrow will show all classes to which you are assigned for a given semester.
Once you select the appropriate class, click submit.
7) When entering grades remember that if you give an “F” to a college student you must enter the “Last
Date of Attendance” or your grades will not be accepted. You will receive the error noted below.
8) If your grades are submitted successfully you should receive the message that says “The changes you made were saved successfully”as shown below. Make sure you see that message or check for errors.
9) To get to the next class list to enter grades, Scroll to bottom of page and click on Term Selection
10) After selecting the term, click on Final Grades and follow the process as listed beginning with #6 above.
Please remember:
1. Always look for the “ Changes you made were saved successfully” note after submitting the grades.
2. If you have trouble logging into EZ ARTS contact either Human Resources or the Registrar’s Office.
3. If you do not see a class you taught contact your Art School immediately.
4. Only letter grades can be given for classes with Standard (S) grading and only P or F can be given for classes with Pass/Fail (P/F) grading. When in doubt check with your Art School or the Registrar’s Office.
5. When giving an Incomplete you may receive a second window indicating that the “I” will go to an “F” if the grade is not changed within the appropriate time frame. You will simply need to click submit again for the grades to be fully submitted or call Sharon at the number below for assistance.
