Eligibility criteria:

·  Your organisation must hold Investors in Peopleaccreditation at any level at the time of application to be eligible.

·  You can enter as many categories as you like. You will need to complete a separate submission for each category.

·  All categories are open to organisations accredited via our worldwide network with the exception of the ‘Champion award for excellence’ which is UK only.


Terms and conditions of entry:

·  To ensure a fair process, applications will be assessed only against the information submitted in the form.

·  All applications will be checked and reviewed by Investors in People centres before being passed for submission. This is to ensure the validity of your current accreditation.

·  There is no entry fee.

·  Organisations shortlisted for an award will have priority booking on the ceremony tickets. Tickets, including a three course meal, entertainment and celebrity host at a 5* hotel, will be £195. Discounts will be available for table bookings and not-for-profit organisations.

·  By completing this information, you consent to be contacted by Investors in People regarding your application, and potential case study use should your application be shortlisted.

We are looking for nominations to describe the management and leadership capabilities their people demonstrate, and crucially, outlining how these capabilities can be evidenced. At the highest level, we are looking for evidence of continuous improvement and leaders that take accountability for delivering consistently positive results.
