Eligibility of ContractorsEligibility conditions for Tenderers / Bidder are as under
a. Valid PEC registration certificate for the year 2017-2018, b. List in Detailed of Qualified Technical and Non- Technical Staff c. List in Detailed of Tools and Plants, Equipment, Machinery d. National Income Tax Certificate Issued by the (FBR) along with latest ATL e. Register with Sind Board of Revenue (SRB) Department along with latest ATL f. Valid computerized National Identity Card (C.N.I.C) of the owner /authorized person. Original Documents must be shown at the time of Purchase/ Sale of Tender.
Tender can be purchased Rs. 2000/- Rupees Two Thousand only (Not Refundable)
- The Tenders could be purchase upto 28.03.2018 from the office of undersigned during office hours.
- The Tenders shall be received/Dropping on 29.03.2018 upto 11:30 Hrs and shall be opened on the same day at 12:00 Hrs in the office of undersigned in presence of bidders or their authorized representative
Earnest Money
5% earnest money in the shape of Bank Draft/ Pay order or call deposit will be submitted along with application for issuing the tenders. The Bank Draft/ Pay order or call deposit must be entered in the Name of Firm.
Other Conditions
Un sealed / improper sealed tenders will be rejected straight away, Rate should be carefully mentioned (in figure & words) in the B.O.Q & on tender documents. In otherwise the tender should be rejected, The competent authority reserves the rights to cancel any or all tenders as per PPRA Rule 33 – 2004, Owner along with original C.N.I.C can only receive tenders documents & submit the bid, The tender documents will be issued on the presentation of written request for particular work on original letter head of the firm, from the owner of the firm or their authorized representative having valid special power of attorney on stamp paper duly attested by Oath commissioner, Affidavit in which the bidder under take that he is not involved in any litigation, the bidder has not been Black listed by any government /autonomous body, the information provided is true and correct. Affidavit submitted in original that will issued after date of publication of advertisement. (2) No. work order of New Civil works completed from any DISCO’s/WAPDA must be submitted with application
