Subject: - Affairs of DGM (Mtce) NTR Jaipur-Reg

We are constrained to seek for your kind and immediate intervention in the affairs of DGM (Mtce) NTR Jaipur, who with vindictive attitude is harassing and victimizing the BSNL Executives for no fault on their part. Our Circle Branch has been requesting for the intervention of CGM/GM NTR. But the harassment of the executives continues. The copies of the letters addressed by Circle/Branch Secretaries to the DGM/CGM NTR are enclosed herewith for your kind reference. The executives who are opposing the melafied and corrupt functioning of DGM (Mtce) Jaipur are being harassed, mentally tortured and penalized. the callous and intimidating behavior has caused serious frustration amongst the executives. Some of the serious malpractice examples are given below:-

(a)  That DGM ( Mtce) NTR collected unauthorized money from all the executives of NTR 9-Divisions twice, first time in January,2007 and second time in Nov,2007 in the name of arranging senior officers meetings/parties at Udaipur and Jaipur respectively

(b)  That the executives are being black mailed and demanded bribe by threatening them to take serious disciplinary actions. Viz Shri D.R. Sharma SDE (TAX) Jaipur, who opposed to give bribe was threaten for VRS on telephone on dated 30th and 31st Dec, 2007.

(c)  That black money is being collected in the name of transfer and posting and canceling the transfer orders issued ignoring the request register.

(d)  That on false and fabricated grounds disciplinary cases against the following SDEs NTR Jaipur have been initiated i.e. Shri DR Sharma, Shri GL Hira, Shri DR Berwa, Shri RP Gupta, Shri Ranjitsingh and Shri Jaganlal Meena

2. The above unabated incidents of harassment and victimization have created lot of resentment in the mind of executives. Against the harassing attitude of DGM (Mtce) NTR our Transmission branch Jaipur has been forced to serve a notice of organizational action programmes with effect from 07/02/2008. It would be in the interest of maintaining congenial working atmosphere in Mtce region (NTR) Rajasthan Circle that an independent enquiry be got conducted by the vigilance cell of BSNL Corporate Office to stop this typical style of functioning of the present DGM (Mtce), Jaipur Rajasthan Circle.
