The 24th iran food + bev tec 2017 featuring a Special Show Bakery & Pastry
Dedicated trade show iran food ingredients
(Heidelberg / Tehran) After the huge success of iran food + bev tec 2016 with more than 40,000 visitors, 633 exhibitors (+71%) from 37 countries and 11 national pavilions the organisers fairtrade and their Iranian partners Palar Samaneh now announce two innovations for the upcoming event in 2017: Based on the success of the first Special Show Food Ingredients within iran food + bev tec 2016 with 96 food ingredients exhibitors from 11 countries a fourth dedicated trade exhibition will from 2017 on be held under the umbrella of iran agrofood and in conjunction with iran food + bev tec, iran food + hospitality and iran agro. This new event is called iran food ingredients.
In order to meet the demand of many exhibitors and associations a Special Show Bakery & Pastry will be presented for the first time as part of iran food + bev tec 2017. The event is scheduled for 23 to 26 May at the Tehran International Fairgrounds.

What’s new in 2017?
Organised by the German trade show specialists fairtrade and their Iranian partners Palar Samaneh iran food + bev tec 2016 saw a record participation of more than 40,000 visitors, 633 exhibitors from 37 countries and 11 national pavilions. After this huge success they now announce two innovations for the upcoming event in 2017.
1. Dedicated trade show iran food ingredients
“Based on the success of the first Special Show Food Ingredients within iran food + bev tec 2016 with 96 food ingredients exhibitors from 11 countries a fourth dedicated trade exhibition will from 2017 on be held under the umbrella of iran agrofood and in conjunction with iran food + bev tec, iran food + hospitality and iran agro”, outlines Paul März, fairtrades’ exhibition director. “This new event is called iran food ingredients. The entire hall 35 and parts of hall 44/1 have been allocated to host iran food ingredients 2017.”
2. Special Show Bakery & Pastry in hall 38B
“In order to meet the demand of many exhibitors and associations we will for the first time present a Special Show Bakery & Pastry as part of iran food + bev tec 2017”, added
März. To demonstrate all of the latest innovations an area of 1,000 sqm has been allocated in the best possible location in hall 38B.
As in previous years iran food + bev tec 2017 will again be the major meeting point for professionals interested in state-of-the-art technologies for basic food, beverage, dairy, delicatessen and convenience food, fish, meat, pasta, vegetable and fruits as well as for packaging, refrigeration and air-conditioning, food safety and quality management and conveying, transport and storage.
iran food + bev tec 2017: A part of iran agrofood
Valuable synergies: Under the umbrella of iran agrofood 2017, iran food + bev tec will be held concurrently with the partner events iran food ingredients, iran food + hospitality and iran agro.
