Landscaping

  • Ed spoke with Ken Gross and he is open to helping us out with maintenance contract with Green Goddess.

Drive-Thru’s

  • This continues to be a major problem for Autumn Meadows and the neighboring development Pioneer Trails.
  • Larry was not able to obtain an estimate from Pacific Pile Driving for square posts.
  • An idea was brought up by a homeowner that we could possibly have this be a community service where people (residents) help and pitch in and we can do this ourselves at a fraction of the cost.
  • Another estimate was obtained by Bob Dunda (homeowner) from N.P.R. Construction, Inc. in Lake Stevens (see attached documents).

Action: Larry is working on contacting another company to get an estimate to have square posts placed in the park to detour future drive-thru’s. Bob Dunda has also volunteered to take some digital pictures of the posts described in the estimate so the board can get a better idea of what they look like.

Mail Follow Up

  • A letter was received from a resident on 44th Drive SE in regards to a neighbor on the NW corner of 122nd and 43rd Drive SE. The letter states that there are several violations, which include at least 2 (two) trailers parked in the front of his fence and at least one plastic shed in the front of back yard fence.

Action: Shanda has agreed to mail the resident a “friendly reminder letter”.

Architectural Committee Issues

  • A draft of the Request for Consideration of Article 7 and 8 of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions was discussed and some changes were made. Effective immediately, if anyone plans on roofing, making alterations to their house or has tree(s) they would like to remove, they must fill out the form and mail/email it back to the board for consideration.

Action: The finalized form is attached to these meeting minutes
