I, ______, am an Elector [qualified by my age, my ability, and my rights to Land Ownership], and under penalty of perjury, after first duly pledging this affirmation, according to law, and stating that I have first hand knowledge of the facts herein and I believe these facts to be true to the best of my belief and knowledge:

1.  I am a Colorado Citizen

2.  My abode’s street location is:

3.  Whereas the Enabling Act for the Colorado Constitution requires that the government formed by the Colorado Constitution must be a Republic and must not be repugnant to the Nation’s Constitution, and,

4.  Whereas is solely an administrative corporation charged with the responsibility to carry out the business needs of Colorado, the Republic State; and,

5.  Whereas “The State of Colorado’s” officers have vacated their Republic’s government at least by swearing oaths of allegiance to a foreign constitution which is repugnant to our National Constitution; and,

6.  Whereas the seat of the Governor of Colorado, the State Republic, has therefore been vacated; and,

7.  Whereas the United States Government has recognized the difference between the seat of the Governor of the corporation “The State of Colorado” and the seat of the Governor of Colorado, the State Republic, and they have noted that the seat of the Governor of Colorado, the State Republic, is vacant; and,

8.  Whereas “The State of Colorado” (a corporation) has ignored the sovereign people and Citizens of Colorado and has made alliances without authority or approval from the sovereign people of Colorado, which alliances have turned “The State of Colorado” into a “federal enclave” and/or “federal zone” under the Buck Act, and have therefore become bound to agreement with the United States Government’s (a corporation privately owned by the International Monatary Fund) recognition that the seat of the Governor of Colorado, the State Republic, is vacant; and,

9.  Whereas, Ambassador Eric W. Madsen, was duly elected by the People of Colorado as Governor of Colorado, the State Republic; and,

10.  Whereas, Kenneth H. Winchell, was duly elected by the People of Colorado as the Lieutenant Governor of Colorado, the State Republic; and,

11.  Therefore, I now, hereby publicly cast my vote and support of said duly elected, Governor and Lieutenant Governor, of Colorado, the State Republic, by this affirmation,

by making a mark in this box: q.
