Shipping Procedure

-Check the log files for ALL the TMBs to double check they have all passed twice

found in D://tmb/tmblogs

-Check screws and give one last visual check for defects, excess solder, and screwiness

-Wrap up boards for shipping and check them off list on box (making sure they’re all there)

-Get the FedEx and Commercial Inventory forms ready

-Follow the layout of completed forms found behind you in the second from the top shelf labeled P.C. Artworks:

-Make sure to check the forms for:

-Location

-Weight (and mark the lbs box)

-Number of boxes

-Cost (for Commercial Invoice)

-Date

-You’ll need: (copy machine code is 301)

1 Original Commercial Invoice

6 Copies of the Commercial Invoice

1 Original FedEx form

1 Extra copy of the FedEx form

1 Original Box Inventory List (The list taped to the box)

3 Copies of each Box Inventory List

-From downstairs you’ll pick up:

2 International FedEx Plastic Sleeves

-In each sleeve insert:

3 Commercial Invoices

1 FedEx form on top

-Staple the following together and put in folder that’s behind you in the second from the top shelf labeled P.C. Artworks:

-Copy of FedEx form

-Original Commercial Invoice

-Original Box Inventory Sheets

-The first copy of the Box Inventory Sheet goes in the box that contain the TMBs

-The second copy of the Box Inventory Sheet is taped on top of the box to be shipped (on all 4 sides)

-The last copy is kept beside the hidden computer in the back for data entry

-The box is ready for shipping if it has:

-A Box Inventory Sheet

-Package number (for 2 packages it will be 1/2 or 2/2 )

-No less then 3 “Fragile” stickers

-Plastic shipping sleeve with forms

*And do NOT ship out if you are unsure about anything

-After shipment an email must be sent
