Aims
A one day event for Dermatology Service Managers, Service Improvement Managers, Information Managers, Waiting List Coordinators and Lead Clinicians looking at information for improvement including focused Demand, Capacity, Activity and Queue (DCAQ) work and an opportunity to share current service improvement activity within NHS Boards.
Objectives
· Understanding the importance of monitoring DCAQ information on a regular basis and application for Dermatology Services in the delivery of the 18 weeks RTT access standard
· Understand data sources available to influence and inform change
· Understand how data collection can inform service redesign and service delivery
· Hear about what other NHS Boards are doing with service redesign and transformation
· Discuss plans for future sessions
