In February, the Tri-County Dart Association (TRICODA) will be holding our 29th Annual TRICODA OPEN. The TRICODA Open is a $7,500-plus tournament sanctioned by the American Darts Organization, the governing body of steel-tip darts in the United States.
In addition to providing a top-notch local tournament for residents of Calvert, Charles, St. Mary’s counties and surrounding areas, we are also anticipating the participation of many top darters from all over the United States. The tournament will be held February 10-12, 2017 in Solomon’s, Md. We are expecting over 250 local and out-of-town darters, with 30 boards of action. Best of all, again this year, proceeds will benefit Hospice of St. Mary’s. Over a nine year period Tri-County Dart Association donated more than $30,000.00 to this fine organization (http://www.hospiceofstmarys.org/).
As usual, we can’t do this alone – we depend on the help of friends and neighbors like you to sponsor our cause. Our goal this year is $4000.00 +.This is a great opportunity to promote your business to hundreds of participants, including darters, staff, friends, family, and spectators in attendance throughout the weekend.
We have three different levels of sponsorship. The basic sponsorship level is the patron sponsor. A sponsorship at this level will be recognized in the tournament program with your business name, location, telephone number, and email/website address.
The second level of sponsorship is a board sponsor. In addition to the benefits of a patron sponsor, you will also have a dart board at the tournament, below which to place a custom 24” x 24” advertisement. If you do not have a custom ad or graphic you would like to use, we would be happy to supply a standard ad for you with your name, address, telephone number, and email/website address.
The third level of sponsorship is an event sponsor (silver or gold). At this level you will be recognized in the tournament program, have a custom 24”x 24” advertisement placed above the “Finals Board” (during your sponsored event). Gold sponsorship will be photographed with event winner(s), Hospice representative, and be published in the newspaper, and dart magazine.
